Job Description:

We are looking for a Platform Expert Master (SAP) with experience in large-scale and complex SAP environments to support the definition of platform standards, solution architecture, and SAP ecosystem evolution. This role will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, contributing to transformation initiatives including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with best practices, security, and enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and evolve working guidelines for SAP teams, including development best practices, Clean Core strategy, and extensibility models.

• Define and operationalize the RISE with SAP governance model, working with architecture, security, and external partners.

• Promote the adoption of SAP standards and frameworks such as SAP Activate, Best Practices, and Reference Architectures.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional and strategic needs and support the design of appropriate SAP solutions.

• Support the definition of solution architectures and integrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security guidelines.

• Contribute to the transformation of the SAP landscape, including S/4HANA adoption, application modernization, and SAP BTP adoption.

• Evaluate SAP and partner solutions, assessing technical maturity, suitability, and business value.

• Support the analysis, management, and optimization of SAP licensing in collaboration with relevant internal teams.

• Manage the relationship with SAP and partners, ensuring strategic alignment and roadmap follow-up.

• Contribute to the enablement of SAP teams by promoting standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Up to 15 years of professional experience in roles related to SAP platforms or solutions.

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working in large and complex SAP environments.

• Proven experience in SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, or application modernization.

• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and SAP integrations.

• Experience with SAP solution architecture and platform governance.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps, security, and compliance in SAP environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working on strategic projects and collaborating with global teams.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence (valued).

• Relevant SAP certifications (valued).

• Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
