Job Description:

Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python for ML/DL (NumPy, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and a solid background in statistics and causal inference.
Skilled in developing and scaling production-grade models, with a focus on MLOps and cloud environments.
Experienced in big data platforms (Spark, Databricks), advanced SQL, and experimentation tools like MLflow and W&B.
Able to translate complex problems into robust, business-impacting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to solve business problems

• Work with large-scale datasets using tools such as NumPy, pandas, and Spark

• Design and run experiments (A/B testing, statistical testing) ensuring scientific rigor

• Apply causal inference techniques to generate actionable insights

• Build and deploy data and model pipelines into production environments

• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and retrain models when necessary

• Use experimentation and tracking tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, or Databricks ML

• Write advanced SQL queries for complex data extraction and manipulation

• Collaborate with data engineers and software engineers to scale ML solutions

• Implement and maintain MLOps workflows (deployment, versioning, monitoring)

• Work with cloud ML platforms such as Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI

• Document processes, models, and results for technical and business stakeholders

• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and predictive models

Requirements:

• Advanced Python for Machine Learning and Deep Learning (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• Strong background in statistics, experimental design, and causal inference

• Proven ability to develop and scale complex ML/DL models for production environments

• Proficiency in ML experimentation and tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Databricks ML)

• Advanced SQL expertise for large-scale data manipulation and processing

• Deep understanding of MLOps workflows (model registry, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining)

• Experience leveraging big data platforms (Spark, Databricks) to optimize model training and inference

• Solid knowledge of cloud-based ML platforms (Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
