Job Description:

We are looking for a Content Strategy Specialist to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative in the public sector. The professional will be responsible for structuring and optimizing digital content management processes, ensuring editorial consistency, information quality, and alignment with accessibility and usability standards.

Responsibilities:

• • Define and manage workflows for the creation, review, approval and publication of digital content.

  • Ensure editorial consistency, structure and quality across institutional website content.

  • Coordinate collaboration between editorial, technical and communication teams.

  • Manage CMS tools and systems used for content publishing and maintenance.

  • Ensure continuous content updating, accuracy and relevance.

  • Implement best practices in content governance, information architecture and editorial management.

  • Analyse content performance metrics, including traffic, navigation patterns, search behaviour and drop-off rates.

  • Produce reports and insights supporting editorial optimization and strategic decisions.

  • Improve content using analytics, user feedback and strategic objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with digital accessibility, usability and clear communication standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Content Strategy or Content Operations roles.

• Strong understanding of content governance and digital publishing workflows.

• Experience with CMS platforms and structured editorial processes.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating content performance metrics.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
