Job Description:

We are looking for a Workplace Engineer – Endpoint Management with experience in managing and configuring Windows environments, to join the Engineering and Project team, focusing on centralized workplace management and continuous improvement of endpoint configurations.

Note: This role does not include Help-Desk or Field Support activities.

Responsibilities:

• Centralized management of Windows configurations, policies, and profiles;

• Monitoring of new technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in workstation configurations and functionalities;

• Preparation of remote software installation tasks on the computer fleet;

• Software certification for the PC fleet;

• Third-line support for complex Windows configuration problems on the computer fleet, coordinating with suppliers/partners if necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience in the tasks indicated above;

• Knowledge of Windows 11, Edge/Chrome browser configurations, and Office applications;

• Knowledge of Office 365 from the perspective of managing and configuring the computer fleet;

• Experience in administering OUs/GPOs for users and computers;

• Experience using Microsoft Intune;

• The following are valued in addition:

o Knowledge of the MacOS operating system;

o Familiarity with configurations on Android and MAC mobile devices;

o Networking knowledge;

o Knowledge of security, from the perspective of PC, Windows, and browser configurations
